Proficiency Testing

MicroPT ColiPT QC Sets now available monthly!

In addition to our regular ColiPT studies, we are now offering full-volume ColiPT QC sets.

These QC sets will give participating laboratories the opportunity to practice and trouble shoot their methods before taking their actual proficiency tests. As part of this new QC service, participants are encouraged to utilize Microcheck's expertise in microbiology and water testing by asking technical questions regarding any testing protocols to ensure a successful PT experience.

Two types of ColiPT QC sets will now be available in accordance with our normal study schedule.

Please Note: We are unable to offer a ColiPT QC set to a laboratory at the same time they are taking their regular ColiPT. ColiPT QC sets may be ordered for any other study date.

Processing QC standards

Part of this service is to offer our technical advice to help our clients understand the methods involved in microbiological water testing.

We encourage you to call our MicroPT Director to ask any questions and help make your proficiency test experience more successful.
