Proficiency Testing

MicroPT Online Ordering now available!

We are pleased to now offer Online Ordering for all of our Proficiency Tests.

Simply complete the online order form, click the "Place PT Order" button and we will email you a confirmation that we have received your order.

Please note that there are new types of proficiency tests and standards available on the online order form, so please familiarize yourself with them before you place your order.

The online order form is arranged according to the study dates. Check the box of the type of proficiency tests you would like under the study date needed. Then, provide the quantity of each type of proficiency tests ordered in the space provided.

DO NOT put your credit card number into the form. If a credit card is being used for billing, we will look at your account to see if we have a credit card number on file. If we do not have a credit card number on file, we will contact you by phone or email to obtain the credit card information.

PLEASE NOTE: Completing the online form is a one-time order. It will not enroll you into our Autopilot Program
